How long have you been in public safety?
Emilee has been in dispatch, at CenCom for 9 1/2 years and has been in and out of the public safety realm her entire working career.
What got you interested in Public Safety?
“My sister was my biggest inspiration into Public Safety and I found a calling for myself along the way.”
What do you do in your free time?
“I love to read, write and do photography as my hobbies, as well as spending as much time with my kids as I possibly can.”
What’s your favorite band?
“A Day to Remember from Ocala, Florida!”
What do you like about being a dispatcher?
“I like being able to help people, to problem solve, to be the person on the other end of the phone or radio that brings some form of calm and compassion.”
